Philadelphia, PA July 2018 – The Community Design Collaborative, in partnership with Partners for Sacred Places, hosted an exhibition of best practices in the design of under-utilized historic religious properties as community hubs. CWA’s work with Overbrook Presbyterian Church was one of a few selected as a precedent project to be exhibited at the Center for Architecture. Precedent boards will be on display through July 31 at 1218 Arch Street.
At CWA we believe in the Collaborative’s mission of empowering communities through active participation in the design of their surroundings while bringing together different aspects of civic life to turn this vision into a reality. To learn more about infill Philadelphia visit their website.
